A UC Santa Cruz Graduate with a degree in Business Management - Economics, Alexio is a passionate digital marketer, creative communicator and superior relationship builder who inspires trust, honesty and integrity in all aspects of business.
Alexio specializes in multifamily income properties in the San Diego area. In 2018, he sold over $20 Million in Real Estate. In 2019 he was awarded the platinum excellence award from the San Diego association of realtors for the sale of 120+ units in one calendar year.

Early Life and College
Alexio grew up in a bilingual French-American home in north county San Diego. Since then, he has worked 5 summers as a Beach Lifeguard, won 2 National Waterpolo championships and has traveled to 5 of the 7 world continents.
Alexio graduated from UC Santa Cruz in Spring of 2015 with a degree in Business Management - Economic (emphasis in accounting). During his Junior and Senior years, Alexio was president of the University Club Waterpolo team, that trained three hours, six days a week. He was also involved in Santa Cruz Consulting Club, that continues to provide marketing and business consulting to community non-profits.
Under Alexio's leadership as Club President, the UCSC Club Waterpolo Team earned its 3rd National Championship title in November '14 at Bowdoin University in Maine. He then took his team international to participate in the Hong Kong Asia-Pacific International Waterpolo tournament August 2015 where they placed 5th.
